摘要

对钢栈桥结构进行受力特征分析,对保证钢栈桥使用安全具有重要意义.文中采用同济大学 3D3S结构分析软件建立钢栈桥立体模型,考虑两种荷载工况,分别对钢栈桥的桥面横梁、贝雷梁、承重梁、钢管桩等结构进行受力分析.结果表明,文中设计的两种荷载工况下,钢栈桥的桥面横梁、贝雷梁、承重梁、钢管桩均满足设计要求;不同地层条件下,钢管桩存在不同的最小入土深度,避免钢管桩按照统一的深度打桩.

Abstract

It is of great significance to analyze the stress characteristics of the steel trestle structure to ensure the safety of the steel trestle.In this paper,the 3D3S structural analysis so ftware of Tongji University is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the steel trestle,and the two load cases are considered to analyze the force of the bridge deck beam,Bailey beam,load-bearing beam,steel pipe pile and other structures of the steel trestle,and the results show that,nder the two load conditions designed in this paper,the bridge deck beam,Bailey beam,load-bearing beam and steel pipe pile of the steel trestle meet the design requirements;under different stratum conditions,the steel pipe pile has different minimum soil depths,so as to avoid the steel pipe pile piling according to a uniform depth.
