摘要

公路桥基泥浆护壁施工是高速公路桥梁建设中最关键的一环,其施工质量的好坏直接影响整体工程质量.为此,文中提出公路桥基泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩施工技术研究.选择强度和耐久性较高的钢材作为护筒材料,并结合工程要求设计了具体的规格,在钻孔施工阶段,按照护筒内钻进、护筒下土层钻进以及岩层内钻进三个主要阶段进行具体的施工,在护筒内钻进阶段使用经过改进的直径为2.5m的刮刀钻头作为具体的钻孔装置,采用正循环配合反循环模式进行施工,在护筒下土层钻进施工阶段强化钻速控制,在岩层内钻进阶段强化钻渣控制;最后利用拔塞法进行混凝土封底灌注作业.

Abstract

The construction of the highway bridge foundation mud wall protection is the most critical part of the expressway bridge construction,and its construction quality directly affects the quality of the whole project.So this paper proposes the construction technology of bored pile of highway bridge foundation.The steel with high strength and durability is selected as the cylinder material,and specific specifications are de-signed according to the engineering requirements.In the drilling stage,according to the three main stages of drilling,and drilling,with im-proved diameter of 2.5m in the drilling stage,the drill as the specific drilling device.
