高层建筑型钢混凝土转换梁结构设计研究

文中以某高层建筑工程为例,研究型钢混凝土转换梁结构设计方法,基于建筑结构对其侧向刚度比和层间位移角进行计算和分析,并从转换梁的截面设计、转换梁的设计与构造要求、框支柱的设计与构造要求、上部剪力墙的设计与构造要求等方面总结了转换梁结构的设计要点,保证结构传力的有效性和安全性,以期为类似项目提供参考.
Research on Structural Design of Reinforced Concrete Transfer Beams in High Rise Buildings
Taking a high-rise building project as an example,this article focuses on the design method of its reinforced concrete transfer beam structure.Based on the building structure,the lateral stiffness ratio and inter story displacement angle are calculated and analyzed.The design points of the transfer beam structure are summarized from the aspects of section design of the transfer beam,design and construction require-ments of the transfer beam,design and construction requirements of the frame column,design and construction requirements of the upper shear wall,etc.,to ensure the effectiveness and safety of structural transmission,in order to provide effective reference for similar projects.
