摘要
聚合物改性水泥混凝土路面具备诸多优势,可解决传统水泥路面裂缝等质量问题.文中提出了一种聚合物改性水泥混凝土路面设计方案,分析了各项材料选用、指标控制、配合比设计,并对 0、5%、10%、15%等不同掺量聚合物条件下的改性水泥混凝土路面性能进行了试验检测.结果表明,掺入聚合物的改性水泥混凝土路面在抗压强度、抗滑性能、耐磨性能等方面均强于素混凝土水泥路面.
Abstract
Polymer modified cement concrete pavement has many advantages,which can improve the quality problems of traditional cement pavement such as cracks.This paper puts forward a design scheme of polymer modified cement concrete pavement,analyzes the selection,in-dex control and mix ratio design of each material,and tests the performance of modified cement concrete pavement with different polymer con-tent of 0,5%,10%and 15%.The results show that the modified cement concrete pavement with polymer is stronger than plain concrete pave-ment in compressive strength,skid resistance and wear resistance.
