LNG储罐承台大体积混凝土浇筑温度控制措施

LNG储罐承台部分属于典型大体积混凝土结构,在施工过程中面临温度与裂缝控制难度大的问题.混凝土不仅水化产生大量热量,而且体内换热难,表面与内部温度差异较大,产生温度应力并形成较大的温度裂缝,降低混凝土使用质量.文中在龙口南山LNG一期工程接收站承台施工经验基础上,从混凝土材料、施工技术与施工顺序等方面总结方法,提出适用于大体积混凝土的温度控制措施,降低混凝土内外温度差异,从而保障8 764 m3 体积混凝土顺利浇筑完工.
Temperature Control Measures for Mass Concrete Pouring of LNG Storage Tank Cap
The cap part of LNG storage tank is a typical mass concrete structure,and it is faced with the difficult problem of temperature and crack control during the construction process.Because concrete not only generates a lot of heat from hydration heat,but also has difficulty in heat transfer in the body,the large temperature difference between the surface and the interior causes temperature stress and forms large tem-perature cracks,which reduces the quality of concrete use.In this paper,based on the experience of the cap construction of Longkou Nanshan LNG Phase Ⅰ Project Receiving Station,the method is summarized from the aspects of concrete materials,construction technology and construc-tion sequence,and the temperature control measures suitable for mass concrete are proposed.Reduce the temperature difference between the inside and outside of concrete,so as to ensure the smooth completion of concrete pouring with a volume of 8 764 m3.
