三联钢桁架拱屋盖高滑移支架设计技术研究

南昌东站钢屋盖工程分为三个分区,屋盖为三联钢桁架拱,结构形式复杂,滑移支架高度最高为 56 m,高度高,所受荷载大,传统屋盖对称形式设计对称支撑用钢量大,施工时间长,不满足现代建筑的节能要求.文中结合钢屋盖结构形式及现场施工条件,设计非对称滑移支撑,既满足滑移支架施工受力要求,又节约成本及工期,确保了施工安全.
Study on the Design Technology of High Sliding Bracket of Triple Steel Truss Arch Roof Cover
The steel roof project of Nanchang East Railway Station is divided into three zones,the roof is a triple steel truss arch,the structure is complex,the maximum height of the sliding bracket is 56 m,the height of the sliding bracket is high,and the load is large.The traditional design based on the symmetrical form of the roof uses a large amount of steel to support,and the construction time is long,which cannot meet the goal of saving and efficient modern engineering.In this paper,based on the structural form of steel roof and the site construction condi-tions,the design of the asymmetric slip support,not only meet the requirements of the slip support construction force,but also save the cost and time limit,to ensure the accurate and safe construction.
