水电站大坝趾板防渗加固帷幕灌浆施工技术研究

针对水电站大坝长时间运行,因受到外部环境变化影响,产生大坝趾板防渗性能下降的问题,文中分析研究了水电站大坝趾板防渗加固帷幕灌浆施工技术.通过开挖水电站大坝趾板地基,处理大坝趾板基础锚固,协同锚杆锚固体共同抵御外力,达到加固的目的.坝基帷幕灌浆构筑趾板防渗加固防线,在水电站坝基前缘与两岸区域进行防渗控制,避免岩土损失.补强防渗加固帷幕灌浆趾板岩芯,在趾板岩芯注入灌浆材料,填充岩芯孔洞、裂隙,形成一道有效的防渗屏障,从而满足灌浆施工的质量需求.
Study on Curtain Grouting Construction Technology of Anti-seepage Reinforcement of Toe Plate of Hydropower Station Dam
In view of the problem of the decrease of the anti-seepage performance of the dam toe plate under the influence of the external envi-ronment.By excavating the toe plate foundation of the hydropower station,the toe plate foundation is treated,and the anchor solid can resist external forces to achieve the purpose of reinforcement.The curtain grouting of the dam foundation constructs the seepage reinforcement line of the toe plate,and control the front edge of the dam foundation and both sides of the hydropower station to avoid rock and soil loss.Strengthen the anti-seepage and reinforce the curtain grouting toe plate core,and inject the grouting material into the toe plate core to fill the core holes and cracks to form an effective anti-seepage barrier,so as to meet the quality requirements of grouting construction.
