复杂地质条件长大隧道斜井进正洞挑顶施工难度大,安全风险高,交叉口处结构复杂多变,施工过程中多次应力转化,易出现坍塌事故.为降低大断面隧道挑顶施工安全风险,文中以天竺山一号隧道斜井进正洞段挑顶施工为例,采用横向棚洞法施工,阐述了斜井交叉口挑顶施工方案,该工法技术原理简单、操作性强,可为类似隧道的挑顶施工提供经验参考与技术指导.
Research on the Construction Technology of Roof Lifting in the Inclined Shaft into the Main Hole of Tianzhu Mountain No.1 Tunnel
In complex geological conditions,the construction of long tunnel inclined shaft into the positive hole is difficult,and the safety risk is high.The structure at the intersection is complex and changeable,and the stress transformation is repeated during the construction process,which is prone to collapse accidents.In order to reduce the safety risk of large-section tunnel roof lifting construction,this paper takes Tianzhu Mountain Tunnel No.1 tunnel roof lifting construction as an example,adopts the"lateral shed hole method"construction,and expounds the roof lifting construction scheme of inclined shaft intersection.The technical principle of the construction method is simple,and the operation is strong,which can provide experience reference and technical guidance for similar tunnel roof lifting construction.
