摘要
文中基于EPC总承包模式,对建设工程全过程造价控制方法进行研究,构建EPC总承包工程全过程造价控制模型,采用跟踪管理核验实现造价控制.结果表明,EPC总承包模式建设工程全过程造价控制测试组在土建工程、装饰工程、水暖工程、电气工程以及辅助工程五部分得出的成本优化值均可达到20 万元以上,证明EPC总承包模式辅助下,文中研究工程造价方法的针对性更高,控制效果更好,具有实际的应用价值.
Abstract
Based on EPC general contracting mode,this paper studies the cost control method of the whole process of construction engineering,constructs the whole process cost control model of EPC general contracting project,and adopts tracking management verification to realize cost control.The results show that:The cost optimization value obtained by the whole process cost control test group in the five parts of civil engi-neering,decoration engineering,plumbing engineering,electrical engineering and auxiliary engineering can reach more than 200,000 yuan,which proves that with the assistance of EPC general contracting mode,the project cost method in this study is more targeted and has better control effect,and has practical application value.
