颗粒粒径分布对水泥物理性能的影响研究

摘要
文中以水泥熟料和粉煤灰为胶凝材料制备复合水泥体系,针对不同颗粒粒径分布对其标准稠度需水量、凝结时间、抗压、抗折强度与微观结构的影响规律进行研究.结果表明,水泥熟料粒径9 μm、粉煤灰粒径2μm对复合水泥体系的标准稠度需水量具有显著影响;水泥熟料粒径9 μm、粉煤灰粒径11 μm时,复合水泥体系的抗压、抗折强度最优.
Abstract
In this paper,cement clinker and fly ash were used as cementation materials to prepare composite cement system.The effects of dif-ferent particle size distribution on the water requirement of standard consistency,setting time,compressive strength,bending strength and mi-crostructure were studied.The results show that the grain size of cement clinker 9 μm and fly ash 2 μm have significant effects on the water re-quirement of standard consistency of composite cement system.The compressive and folding strength of the composite cement system is the best when the cement clinker particle size is 9 μm and the fly ash particle size is 11 μm.
