摘要
文中新型无碱液体速凝剂以硫酸铝、氢氧化铝、氟硅酸镁为主要原材料,复合有机醇胺类化合物及稳定剂(改性氨基三亚甲基膦酸),分别按质量分数硫酸铝53%、氢氧化铝25%、氟硅酸镁4%、三乙醇胺3%研制产品在低掺量时水泥净浆及砂浆获得了良好的速凝和硬化效果,改善了目前液体速凝剂存在的部分缺陷.
Abstract
In this study,the new alkali-free liquid hydrocoagulant takes aluminum sulfate,aluminum hydroxide,magnesium fluorosilicate as the main raw materials,compound organic alcohol amine compounds and stabilizers(modified amino Sanya methylphosphonic acid),According to the mass fraction of aluminum sulfate 53%,aluminum hydroxide 25%,magnesium fluorosilicate 4%,triethanolamine 3%,the low amount of cement slurry and mortar has obtained a good quick coagulation And hardening effect,and some defects of the current liquid quick coagulant are improved.
