高强人造石的制备与性能研究

摘要
文中从骨料级配出发,利用数学模型确定集料分形维数F=2.45,通过填料、树脂、改性剂多尺度调控技术制备出高强人造石.结果表明,树脂掺量为12%、填料为23%、改性剂为1.5%时,制备的人造石各种性能均满足JC/T 908-2013《人造石》标准要求.
Abstract
Starting from the aggregate gradation,this article uses a mathematical model to determine the fractal dimension F=2.45 of the aggre-gate.High-strength artificial stone is prepared by multi-scale control technology of filler,resin and modifying agent.The results show that when the resin content is 12%,the filler is 23%,and the modifying agent is 1.5%,The properties of the artificial stone meet the standards of JC/T 908-2013.
