不同掺量钢纤维沥青混合料力学及路用性能试验研究

为探究不同钢纤维掺量下沥青混合料的路用性能和力学性能,文中对掺加 0~4%钢纤维的沥青混合料性能开展试验研究.结果表明,在沥青混合料中掺加钢纤维后,劈裂强度、流值和马歇尔稳定度均有提升,且三组指标均随着钢纤维掺量提高而逐渐增加,但钢纤维掺量达到3%时,各项指标增长速度均逐渐放缓.随着钢纤维掺量提高,沥青混合料的高温稳定性逐渐提升,劈裂强度和水稳定性、低温性能均表现前期增长、后期降低的趋势.其中,钢纤维掺量为3%时,沥青混合料具有最佳路用性能.
Experimental Study on Mechanical and Road Performance of Steel Fiber Asphalt Mixture With Different Dosage
In order to investigate the road performance and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture with different steel fiber content,the paper mainly conducted experimental analysis of asphalt mixture performance under the condition of 0~4%steel fiber.The results show that when steel fiber is added to asphalt mixture,the splitting strength,flow value and Marshall stability are all improved,and the three indexes increase gradually with the increase of steel fiber content,but the growth rate of indexes will gradually slow down when the steel fiber content reaches a-bout 3%.The high temperature stability of asphalt mixture increased gradually during the process of steel fiber content increase,and the split-ting strength,water stability and low temperature performance showed a trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the later stage.The asphalt mixture had the best road performance when the steel fiber content was 3%.
