摘要
文中采用钢渣、磷渣、磷石膏、废弃砂浆等工业废渣作为原材料,通过加速碳化养护,制备废渣基碳化胶凝材料,并研究其力学性能及吸碳率.结果表明,钢渣和磷渣可制备出具有较高强度的碳化胶凝材料,在特定试验条件下,钢渣基碳化胶凝材料的抗压强度可达到130.1 MPa,且吸碳率达到17.2%.
Abstract
Using industrial solid wastes such as steel slag,phosphorus slag,phosphogypsum,and waste mortar as raw materials,CO2 activated binders were prepared by accelerating carbonization curing,and their mechanical properties and CO2 uptake were studied.The results indicate that steel slag and phosphorus slag can be used to prepare CO2 activated binders with high strength.Under the experimental conditions used,the compressive strength of steel slag based CO2 activated binders can reach 130.1 MPa and the CO2 uptake can reach 17.2%.
