再生剂对老化沥青路用性能的影响研究

摘要
为探究老化沥青应用再生剂后的路用性能差异,提高再生沥青应用性能,文中取两种不同老化沥青分别掺入不同剂量再生剂,并对再生沥青的流变性和物理性能进行分析.结果表明,掺加 4%再生剂时,沥青针入度和延度达到老化前水平,软化点处于较高水平;老化沥青A和B的压实温度降幅分别为17 和11℃;拌和温度方面,老化沥青A和B的拌和温度降幅分别为19 和14℃.两种老化沥青温度敏感性经再生剂处理后有所降低,高温抗车辙性能下降.
Abstract
In order to explore the difference of pavement performance of aging asphalt after application of regenerant and improve the applica-tion performance of recycled asphalt,two different kinds of aging asphalt were mixed with different doses of regenerant,and the rheological and physical properties of recycled asphalt were analyzed.The results show that when 4%regenerant is added,the penetration and ductility of as-phalt reach the pre-aging level,and the softening point is at a higher level.The reduction range of compaction temperature of aged asphalt A and B is 17 and 11℃respectively,and the reduction range of mixing temperature of aged asphalt A and B is 19and 14℃respectively.The temperature sensitivity and rutting resistance of the two kinds of aged asphalt decreased after treatment with regenerant.
