坡缕石改性沥青多指标掺量优化试验研究

摘要
坡缕石是一种价格低廉的高聚物复合改性材料,具有改善沥青稳定性与抗老化性能的潜力.为探究坡缕石对沥青物理性能与抗老性能的影响,确定坡缕石在沥青中的最佳掺量,文中制备了不同坡缕石掺量的改性沥青,测试了沥青老化前后的针入度、软化点与延度的变化,以层次分析-模糊数学法建立坡缕石改性沥青掺量优选模型,将沥青实测指标代入模型,计算得出各坡缕石掺量下改性沥青的优越度,结果表明,坡缕石在沥青中的最佳掺量为5%.
Abstract
Palychite is a kind of low cost polymer composite modified material,which has the potential to improve the high stability and anti-aging properties of asphalt.In order to investigate the influence of palywisite on the physical properties and anti-aging properties of asphalt,the optimum content of palywisite in asphalt was determined.Modified asphalt with different content of palwisite was prepared,and the changes of penetration,softening point and elongation of asphalt before and after aging were tested.The optimization model of palwisite modified asphalt content was established by AHP and fuzzy mathematics.The superiority degree of modified asphalt under different content ofpalwisite was cal-culated by replacing the measured index of asphalt into the model.
