不同橡胶掺量下混凝土性能差异研究

为探究不同橡胶掺量下混凝土的抗碳化性能、强度性能差异,文中对不同橡胶掺量下混凝土性能差异展开试验研究.结果表明,橡胶颗粒掺量增加过程中,再生混凝土的抗压强度前期出现小幅度下降,后期下降幅度增加,其中,橡胶颗粒掺量为 10%及以下时,橡胶颗粒对混凝土抗压强度的不利影响较小.掺加10%~15%橡胶颗粒条件下,混凝土具有最佳抗碳化性能,故推荐采用10%为橡胶颗粒掺量,此时再生混凝土的抗碳化性能和抗压强度均处于较高水平.
Study on Different Properties of Concrete with Different Rubber Content
In order to explore the difference of carbonization resistance and strength properties of concrete with different rubber content,the pa-per conducted an experimental study on the difference of concrete properties with different rubber content.The results show that the compres-sive strength of recycled concrete decreases slightly in the early stage and increases in the later stage.When the rubber particle content is 10%or less,the adverse effect of rubber particles on the compressive strength of concrete is small.The concrete with 10%~15%rubber particles has the best carbonization resistance,and it is recommended to use 10%rubber particles in comprehensive consideration.At this time,the carbonization resistance and compressive strength of recycled concrete are at a higher level.
