Analysis of the Safety Impact of Static Pressure PHC Pile Construction on Adjacent Buildings
In areas with medium soft soil mainly composed of sandy soil, the construction process of static pressure PHC pipe piles is prone to significant squeezing effect, which has a certain impact on surrounding buildings. This article takes the construction of static pressure PHC pipe piles in sandy soil areas as an example, and reduces the impact of soil squeezing on surrounding buildings by adopting reasonable pile sinking sequence and controlling the daily average number of pile sinking.By monitoring horizontal displacement, deep horizontal displacement, and pore water pressure, the feasibility of the pile foundation construction plan is verified to ensure the smooth progress of pile foundation construc-tion.The research results of this article can provide reference for the construction of static pressure PHC pipe piles in complex environments.
