摘要
文中以某民宿改造工程为例,通过分析砖混结构民宿改造前检测数据,得出鉴定结论,结合检测数据对改造方案进行计算分析,并对改造后的民宿结构安全性进行评估,给出鉴定结论及建议.通过案例分析,实现民宿改造全过程鉴定,最大程度保证了房屋结构安全性.
Abstract
In this paper,taking a residential renovation project as an example,the detection data before the renovation of brick-concrete resi-dential structures were collected,and the verification results were obtained.Combined with the test data,the reconstruction plan is tested,and the reconstruction of the homestay is reviewed and evaluated,and the evaluation conclusions and suggestions are given.Through case analysis,the whole process of residential renovation appraisal is realized to ensure the safety of the house to the greatest extent.
