基于乡村单元的多村联合编制村庄规划探索

摘要
以单个村庄为对象的传统规划模式难以满足新时期村庄发展要求,将多个村庄划为乡村单元并实现村庄规划联合编制的规划方式成为当下探索的热点.文中基于乡村单元构建,以商水县邓城镇大陈乡村单元规划为例,探讨了国土空间规划体系下多村联合编制村庄规划的要点与策略.
Abstract
The traditional planning model that focuses on a single village is difficult to meet the requirements of village development in the new era.Dividing multiple villages into rural units to achieve joint village planning has become a hot topic of exploration at present.Based on the construction of rural units,this article takes the planning of the Dachen rural unit in Dengcheng Town,Shangshui County as an example to ex-plore the key points and strategies of multi village joint planning under the national spatial planning system.
