房建工程勘察成果分析及可信度评价研究

摘要
为保障房建项目后期设计的准确性,文中结合勘察区地质条件,对勘察成果进行分析,并通过层次分析法、1-9 标度法和隶属度法开展勘察成果可信度评价.分析结果表明,项目区地质条件相对一般,结合地质条件,3 栋建筑的基础方案拟设为两类,即浅基础和深基础.同时,该项目勘察成果通过可信度分析,得到勘察成果可信度得分为K=LD=88.58,因此,该项目的勘察成果可信度等级为Ⅳ级,即该项目勘察成果的可信度很好,能很好地满足后续设计要求.
Abstract
To ensure the accuracy of the later design of the housing construction project,the article first analyzes the survey results based on the geological conditions of the survey area,and further evaluates the credibility of the survey results through the Analytic Hierarchy Process,1-9 scale method,and membership degree method.The analysis results indicate that the geological conditions in the project area are relatively aver-age.Considering the geological conditions,the foundation plans for the three buildings are proposed to be divided into two categories,namely shallow foundation and deep foundation.At the same time,through reliability analysis,the survey results of the project obtained a credibility score of K=LD=88.58.Therefore,the credibility level of the survey results of the project is IV,which means that the credibility of the survey results of the project is very good and can meet the subsequent design requirements well.
