某盾构井超深基坑开挖深度达到36.8 m,这对围护结构的安全性提出了较高的要求.研究过程中,相关人员利用BIM岩土工程相关的分析软件建立基坑和围护结构的有限元模型,将开挖过程划分为11 个工况,当开挖至基底设计标高时,模拟地下连续墙不同深度处的水平位移和基坑地表沉降量发现,支护体系整体安全性良好,开挖方式较为合理,再运用该模型优化围护结构的设计参数,地下连续墙厚度可从原方案的1.0m降至0.8 m,或者将混凝强度等级从C35 降至C30,优化措施有利于降低工程造价.
The Application of BIM Building Model in the Construction Process of Building Engineering
The excavation depth of the ultra-deep foundation pit of a shield well reaches 36.8 m,which puts forward high requirements for the safety of the envelope structure.Research process using BIM geotechnical engineering related analysis software to establish the finite element model of foundation pit and envelope structure,the excavation process is divided into 11 conditions,when the excavation to the base design ele-vation,simulate the horizontal displacement of underground continuous wall depth and foundation pit surface settlement,found that the support-ing system overall safety is good,and the excavation method is reasonable.Using this model to optimize the design parameters of the envelope structure,the thickness of the underground continuous wall can be reduced from 1.0 m of the original scheme to 0.8 m,or the coagulation strength level can be reduced from C35 to C30.The optimization measures are conducive to reducing the project cost.
