高架桥梁立柱及盖梁装配施工技术探析

摘要
桥梁立柱及盖梁的装配式施工技术处于起步阶段,为了提升该技术的施工质量,文中以某高架快速路项目为例,对市政高架桥梁立柱和盖梁装配施工技术要点进行分析,并利用测量定位技术评价该工程的施工效果.各构件精度测试结果显示,所有构件的检测值均未超过设计要求预警值,证实了本工程桥梁立柱和盖梁施工技术施工效果良好,安全可靠性高.
Abstract
The prefabricated construction technology of bridge column and cover beam is in its initial stage.In order to improve the construction quality of this technology,this paper takes an elevated expressway project as an example to analyze the key points of the construction technology of municipal overhead bridge column and cover beam assembly,and evaluates the construction effect of this project by using measurement and positioning technology.The test results of the accuracy of each component show that the test values of all components do not exceed the early warning values required by the design,which confirms that the construction technology of the column and cover beam of the bridge project has good construction effect and high safety and reliability.
