废胶粉改性沥青在道路工程中的应用

文中以四川某新建高速试验段为例,将废胶粉改性沥青分别应用于试验段上面层AC-13 和中面层AC-20,并进行施工质量控制,施工完成后进行路面现场检测.结果表明,试验段摊铺效果良好;上面层AC-13 的平均构造深度相较于规范值降低了 6%;上面层AC-13 和中面层AC-20 的平均标准差σ相较于规范值分别降低了53%和43%,平均渗水系数相较于规范值分别降低了 74%和63%;废胶粉改性沥青路面试验段上中面层整体路用性能好.
Application of Waste Rubber Powder Modified Asphalt in Road Engineering
Based on a new high-speed test section in Sichuan Province,the waste rubber powder modified asphalt was applied to the upper layer AC-13 and the middle layer AC-20 of the test section,and the construction quality was controlled.After the construction,the road sur-face was tested on site.The practice shows that the paving effect of the test section is good.The average structural depth of AC-13 in the upper layer is reduced by 6%compared with the standard value.The mean standard deviation σ of the upper layer AC-13 and the middle layer AC-20 decreased by 53%and 43%,respectively,and the mean water permeability coefficient decreased by 74%and 63%,respectively,compared with the standard value.The overall road performance of the upper middle surface of the test section of modified asphalt pavement with waste rubber powder is good.
