市区大型深基坑筏板基础施工技术研究

为了解决市区筏板施工场地小且周边环境复杂的问题,文中以某超高层建筑项目为例,对大型深基坑筏板基础施工技术进行深入探析.结果表明,混凝土浇筑速度比传统的车载泵浇筑速度(30 m3/h)高出了约2.3~4.0 倍,工后筏板基础垂直度为2.1 mm,水平度为0.5 mm,混凝土抗压及抗设强度分别45.3 MPa、6.8 MPa,满足设计要求;表明本工程采用的混凝土浇筑技术可行性高,施工效果良好.
Research on Raft Foundation Construction Technology of Large Deep Foundation Pit in Urban Area
In order to solve the problems of small rafting construction site and complex surrounding environment in urban areas,this paper takes a super high-rise building project as an example to deeply analyze the construction technology of raft foundation in large deep foundation pit.The results show that the concrete pouring speed is2.3~4.0 times higher than that of the traditional truckborne pump(30 m3/h).The verticality and levelness of the raft foundation after construction are 2.1 mm and 0.5 mm,and the compressive and set strength of the concrete are 45.3 MPa and 6.8 MPa,respectively,which meet the design requirements.It shows that the concrete pouring technology adopted in this project has high feasibility,good construction effect.
