高层建筑框剪结构混凝土厚板转换层施工技术分析

针对厚板转换层钢筋密集、浇筑量大等问题,文中以某大型公共建筑项目为例,对高层建筑框剪结构混凝土厚板转换层施工技术进行分析.结果表明,采用BIM技术进行钢筋模拟可为后续施工提供助益,上下部分层、上部分区分块的浇筑顺序能够有效保证混凝土的浇筑质量;同时,水平施工缝采用钢筋加强、高压冲刷,竖向施工缝应用快易收口网的方式能有效保证结合处的均匀、密实,避免发生渗漏风险.
Construction Technology Analysis of Concrete Thick Plate Transfer Floor of Frame-shear Structure in High-rise Building
In view of the problems of dense reinforcement and large pouring volume of thick slab transfer layer,this paper takes a large public building project as an example to analyze the construction technology of concrete transfer layer of frame-shear structure in high-rise buildings.The results show that the reinforcement simulation by BIM technology can provide gain for the subsequent construction;The placement se-quence of the upper and lower layers and the upper sections can effectively ensure the pouring quality of concrete.At the same time,the hori-zontal construction joint is reinforced by reinforcement,high pressure scouring,and the vertical construction joint is applied by quick and easy closing net,which can effectively ensure the uniformity and compaction of the joint and avoid the risk of leakage.
