结构高位带暗梁厚板式转换层施工技术探析

文中以某大型公共建筑为例,对该项目带暗梁厚板式转换层施工要点进行分析,提出结构高位带暗梁厚板式转换层施工方案.结果表明,并筋处理及钢筋分段施工能有效解决钢筋密集、安装困难的问题;板厚较大时,采用上下层混凝土分层浇筑的方式,可减少模板及支架压力;上下部结合处设置附加钢筋网及拉勾,可提高上下部混凝土的结合能力;大体积混凝土采用优化配合比、分层浇筑及养护到位的措施,可有效减少结构裂缝的出现.
Analysis on Construction Technology of Thick Slab Transfer Layer With Dark Beam at High Structure
In this paper,taking a large public building as an example,the construction key points of the project with dark beam thick plate transfer layer are analyzed,and the construction scheme of the structure with dark beam thick plate transfer layer is proposed.The results show that the problems of dense reinforcement and difficult installation can be effectively solved by combining reinforcement and segmental construc-tion.When the plate thickness is large,the upper and lower concrete are placed in sequence,which can reduce the pressure of formwork and support;Additional steel mesh and pull hook are set at the joint of the upper and lower parts,which can improve the joint ability of the upper and lower parts of the concrete.Structural cracks can be reduced effectively by optimizing mix ratio,layering pouring and proper maintenance of mass concrete.
