改良固化用作路基填料是较好的桥梁桩基钻渣处理方式,可用于钻渣改良的固化剂种类较多,如水泥、石灰、粉煤灰、离子固化剂、有机聚合物固化剂等,以上各有优缺点,难以选择.对此,文中引入层次分析法(AHP)进行遴选分析,构建和求解钻渣改良固化剂遴选结构模型,根据计算结果确定固化剂适应性的优劣排序.结果表明,块状生石灰是钻渣最适宜的改良固化剂,其他依次为水泥、粉煤灰、离子固化剂、有机聚合物固化剂.遴选结果客观准确,遴选过程与结果具有较强的说服力.
Selection and Analysis of Improved Curing Agent for Drilling Slag of Bridge Pile Foundation Based on AHP
Improving solidification as roadbed filling is a better way to treat bridge pile foundation drilling slag.There are many types of solidi-fication agents that can be used for drilling slag improvement,such as cement,lime,fly ash,ion curing agents,organic polymer curing a-gents,etc.,each with its own advantages and disadvantages,making it difficult to choose.In response to this,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is introduced for selection analysis,and a structural model for selecting drilling slag improvement curing agents is constructed and solved.Based on the calculation results,the suitability ranking of curing agents is determined.The results show that block quicklime is the most suitable improvement and solidification agent for drilling slag,followed by cement,fly ash,ion curing agent,and organic polymer curing agent.The selection results are objective and accurate,and the selection process and results have strong persuasiveness.
