摘要
为进一步降低建筑工程施工风险,提高施工质量,文中以实际工程为例,基于层次分析法建立了建筑工程施工风险评价体系,并提出了施工风险控制方法.经研究发现,本工程在工期控制方面的工作效果较好,而造价控制效果较差.结合工程实际,基于层次分析法的建筑工程施工风险评价体系能够明确建设项目的优势与风险,并为管理工作提供便利与依据,最后根据项目实际特点提出了针对性的施工风险控制方法.文中研究对建筑工程施工风险管控工作的开展具有一定参考意义.
Abstract
In order to further reduce the construction risk and improve the construction quality,this paper establishes the construction risk eval-uation system based on the analytic hierarchy process,and puts forward the risk control method.Taking the actual engineering case as an ex-ample,the study found that the project has a good effect in the control of the construction period,while the control effect of the cost manage-ment is poor.It shows that the proposed construction risk evaluation system based on the analytic hierarchy process can clarify the advantages and risks of the construction project,and can provide convenience and basis for the management work.Finally,according to the actual charac-teristics of the project,a targeted construction risk control method is proposed.The research content of this paper has certain reference signifi-cance for the development of construction risk management and control work.
