摘要
传统房建EPC项目进度控制方法直接选择项目施工关键控制点,缺乏对工程量、资源需求、工程进度的深入分析,导致进度控制效果较差.因此,文中提出基于BIM技术的房建EPC项目进度控制方法.首先,构建房建EPC项目BIM模型,并结合Primavera 6 进度管理软件与Navisworks软件对比分析成本进度和形象进度,选取施工关键控制点;然后,基于BIM技术实时监控项目进度和成本运行情况,利用赢得值法对进度偏差进行深入分析,制定相应的纠偏措施,从而实现基于BIM技术的房建EPC项目进度控制;最后,从项目前期、项目实施过程和项目执行完成后的不同阶段,对BIM技术的进度管理优势进行分析.
Abstract
The traditional EPC project schedule control method for building construction directly selects key construction control points,but lacks in-depth analysis of engineering quantity,resource requirements,and project progress,resulting in poor schedule control effectiveness.Therefore,this article proposes a progress control method for building EPC projects based on BIM technology.Firstly,construct a BIM model for the construction EPC project,and compare and analyze the cost schedule and visual schedule using Primavera 6 schedule management soft-ware and Navisworks software,selecting key construction control points;then,based on BIM technology,real-time monitoring of project pro-gress and cost operation is carried out,and the earned value method is used to conduct in-depth analysis of schedule deviations,formulate cor-responding corrective measures,and thus achieve progress control of building EPC projects based on BIM technology;finally,analyze the pro-gress management advantages of BIM technology from the early stages of the project,the project implementation process,and the different sta-ges after project execution.
