高层建筑工程施工安全风险管理探究

摘要
文中以某高层建筑工程为例,探究了高层建筑工程施工安全风险的管理策略.结果表明,专家调查法可为实际安全管理人员提高结果与实际项目的对应性;施工安全风险管理的影响指标可参考"4M1E"建立,"LEC"方法可应用于安全风险的评估工作中;文中提出了一套高层建筑工程施工安全风险管理方法,经实际项目验证具有较好的应用效果.
Abstract
Taking a high-rise building project as an example,this paper probes into the management strategy of construction safety risk of high-rise building projects.The results show that the expert investigation method can improve the correspondence between the results and the actual projects for the actual safety managers;The impact index of construction safety risk management can be established with reference to"4M1E",and"LEC"method can be applied to the assessment of safety risk.This paper puts forward a set of construction safety risk management method of high-rise building engineering,and has been verified by practical projects with high application effect.
