冶金渣全固废胶材在混凝土中的性能研究

文中通过调整胶凝材料配比中的钢渣掺量,配制不同强度等级的固废基高性能混凝土(C30、C40、C50),研究不同钢渣掺量对混凝土性能的影响.试验结果证明,固废基混凝土钢渣掺量在10%~15%时,混凝土的工作性能及力学性能较好;钢渣掺量15%时,抗碳化性能最佳达到T-IV等级;钢渣掺量10%时,抗氯离子渗透和抗冻性能最佳,分别达到Q-V和F275 等级.
Research on the Performance of Metallurgical Slag All Solid Waste Cementitious Materialin Concrete
By adjusting the amount of steel slag in the proportion of cementitious materials,solid waste based high performance concrete(C30,C40,C50)with different strength grades was prepared,and the influence of different steel slag content on the performance of concrete was studied.The experimental results have shown that solid waste based concrete has good workability and strength when the steel slag content is between 10%and 15%;When the steel slag content is 15%,the best carbonization resistance reaches T-IV level;When the steel slag con-tent is 10%,the best resistance to chloride ion penetration and frost resistance are achieved,reaching Q-V and F275 levels,respectively.
