摘要
为配制C120 强度等级钢纤维混凝土,改善混凝土力学性能,文中主要对不同品牌水泥、水胶比、骨料搭配比例、钢纤维和养护方式对超高强钢纤维混凝土抗压强度的影响规律进行试验研究.研究结果表明,冀东水泥体系、金马启新水泥体系60d抗压强度最优,均超过130 MPa;单纯降低水胶比,混凝土抗压强度无法继续提高;当钢纤维掺量为12%时,混凝土60d抗压强度达到131.8 MPa,为15%掺量纤维强度的104.4%.
Abstract
In order to successfully prepare C120 strength grade steel fiber concrete and improve the mechanical properties of concrete,this pa-per mainly studies the influence of different brands of cement,water glue ratio,aggregate collocation ratio,steel fiber and curing mode on the compressive strength of ultra-high strength steel fiber concrete.The results show that the 60d compressive strength of Jidong Cement system and Jinma Qixin cement system is optimal,both exceeding 130 MPa;the compression strength of concrete cannot be improved;when the con-tent of steel fiber is 12%,the compressive strength of concrete 60d reaches 131.8MPa,which is 104.4%of the strength of 15%.
