不同再生粗骨料对混凝土力学性能的影响研究

摘要
为了研究再生粗骨料对混凝土力学性能的影响,文中应用石灰石、卵石、玄武岩和花岗岩四种再生粗骨料制备混凝土,对比分析混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量以及应力-应变关系.结果表明,综合各个性能对比分析后,再生花岗岩骨料混凝土的强度最佳,养护时间为28d和90d时,其抗压强度分别为32.73 MPa和39.02 MPa,抗拉强度分别为2.76 MPa和3.52 MPa,可满足工程应用的标准要求.
Abstract
In order to study the influence of recycled coarse aggregate on the mechanical properties of concrete,concrete was prepared by four kinds of recycled coarse aggregate,limestone,pebble,basalt and granite,and the compressive strength,tensile strength,elastic modulus and stress-strain relationship of concrete were compared.The research results show that the strength of reclaimed granite aggregate concrete is the best after comprehensive comparative analysis of various properties.When the curing time is 28 days and 90 days,the compressive strength is 32.73 MPa and 39.02 MPa,and the tensile strength is 2.76 MPa and 3.52 MPa,respectively,which can meet the standard requirements of engineering applications.
