低熟料系数下预拌低碳混凝土性能发展规律研究

文中研究了混凝土熟料系数为20%~60%时,混凝土拌和物流动性能、成本和碳排放、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量以及收缩受到的影响.结果表明,低熟料系数下,混凝土拌和物对水更为敏感,当熟料系数≥30%时,混凝土各力学性能无明显下降;熟料系数<30%时,混凝土各力学性能明显降低,同时熟料系数降低使混凝土的收缩有所改善.
Study on the Performance Development Law of Ready-mixed Low Carbon Concrete under Low Clinker Coefficient
In this paper,the influence of concrete clinker coefficient of 20%~60%on the flow performance,cost and carbon emission,com-pressive strength,splitting tensile strength,axial compressive strength,elastic modulus and shrinkage of concrete were researched.The results show that the concrete mixture is more sensitive to water under low clinker coefficient.When the clinker coefficient is greater than or equal to 30%,the mechanical properties of concrete do not decrease significantly;When the clinker coefficient is less than 30%,the mechanical properties of concrete decrease significantly.At the same time,the decrease of clinker coefficient can inhibit the shrinkage of concrete.
