摘要

混凝土在高速公路工程建设中应用广泛,制备具有强度高、泵送性能好的高性能混凝土对原材料性能及配合比设计要求较高.文中研究了制备C50 强度等级、塌落度 180 mm高性能混凝土的原材料优选原则,根据JGJ—2000《普通混凝土配合比设计规程》,确定了胶凝材料用量、水胶比、砂率、掺合料用量、减水剂掺量等关键配比参数,并对得到理论配比进行试配,得出C50 混凝土生产指导配合比.

Abstract

Concrete is a widely used building material in highway engineering construction.The preparation of high-performance concrete with high strength and good pumping performance requires high requirements for raw material properties and mix design.This article studies the principle of selecting raw materials for preparing high-performance concrete with C50 strength grade and slump of 180mm.According to JGJ-2000"Design Specification for Ordinary Concrete Mix Proportion",key mix proportion parameters such as cementitious material dosage,water cement ratio,sand ratio,admixture dosage,and water reducing agent dosage are determined.The theoretical mix proportion is tested to obtain the production guidance mix proportion for C50 concrete.
