聚丙烯纤维对轻骨料混凝土抗压及抗裂性能的影响研究

摘要
为探究轻骨料混凝土中掺加聚丙烯纤维对材料性能的影响,文中选取不同纤维掺量和粉煤灰、陶粒量,制备聚丙烯纤维轻骨料混凝土试件并开展抗压强度试验.结果表明,调整粉煤灰陶粒掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量及长度均对轻骨料混凝土抗压强度产生影响.掺加0.7%聚丙烯纤维时,混凝土抗压强度增长效果最好,所用纤维长度为9mm时,抗压强度增长效果最为明显.
Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of adding polypropylene fiber on the material properties during the preparation of lightweight aggre-gate concrete,polypropylene fiber lightweight aggregate concrete specimens were prepared with different fiber content and different ash ceram-ide content,and compressive strength tests were carried out.The test results show that the compressive strength of the prepared lightweight ag-gregate concrete can be affected by adjusting the content of pulverized coal ash ceramics,the content and length of polypropylene fiber.When 0.7%polypropylene fiber is added,the effect of compressive strength growth is the most intuitive,and the effect of compressive strength growth is the most obvious when the fiber length is 9 mm.
