锂渣对C30水下桩混凝土性能影响研究

文中将锂渣用于C30 水下桩混凝土中,研究其对C30 水下桩混凝土和易性、抗压强度、抗冻性和收缩的影响.结果表明,掺入锂渣会降低C30 水下桩混凝土的扩展度,但会提高其黏聚性.锂渣掺量大于30%时会大幅降低和易性.锂渣会降低C30 水下桩混凝土的3d抗压强度,但锂渣掺量小于20%可提高混凝土28d抗压强度,锂渣掺量为10%时,28 d抗压强度最大.随着锂渣掺量的增加,C30 水下桩混凝土经过不同次数冻融循环后,质量损失率均越来越大,且锂渣掺量越大,质量损失率增加越快.不同龄期混凝土的收缩值均随锂渣掺量增加而增加,锂渣掺量大于30%的混凝土56d收缩值小于28d收缩值.
Study on the Influence of Lithium Slag on the Performance of C30 Underwater Pile Concrete
The influence of lithium slag on workability,compressive strength,frost resistance and shrinkage of C30 underwater pile concrete was studied.The results show that the addition of lithium slag can reduce the expansion degree of C30 underwater pile concrete,but improve its cohesion.When the amount of lithium slag is greater than 30%,the workability is greatly reduced.Lithium slag can reduce the 3d compressive strength of C30 underwater pile concrete,but the 28d compressive strength can be increased when the content of lithium slag is less than 20%,and the maximum compressive strength of 28d is obtained when the content of lithium slag is 10%.With the increase of lithium slag content,the mass loss rate of C30 underwater pile concrete after different freeze-thaw cycles is increasing,and the mass loss rate increases faster with the increase of lithium slag content.The shrinkage value of concrete at different ages increases gradually with the increase of lithium slag con-tent,and the 56d shrinkage value of concrete with lithium slag content greater than 30%is less than the 28d shrinkage value.
