装配式GRC-PC复合墙板收缩性能试验研究

为分析装配式GRC-PC复合墙板的收缩性能,文中对不同类型装配式复合墙板的收缩应变时程响应进行试验研究.结果表明,随着时间的增加,所有装配式GRC墙板的收缩应变表现为先增加后降低再趋于平稳的变化规律.2 000 mm装配式GRC-PC墙板的收缩应变时程响应曲线稳定阶段的收缩应变为390×10-6,比装配式GRC墙板减少68.7%,比1 000 mm装配式GRC-PC墙板的收缩应变增加56.8%.GRC-PC板的收缩应力比GRC板的收缩应力增加19.1%;GRC-PC板钢丝网的收缩应力比GRC板的收缩应力增加72.8%;2 000 mm GRC-PC板的收缩应力比GRC板的收缩应力增加122.4%.掺入纤维或者钢丝网会提升装配式结构GRC墙板的收缩应力,降低其收缩应变,提升了收缩性能.
Experimental Study on Shrinkage Performance of Prefabricated GRC-PC Composite Wallboard
In order to analyze the shrinkage performance of prefabricated GRC-PC composite wallboard,the time-history response of different types of prefabricated composite wallboard was experimentally studied.The results show that with the increase of time,the shrinkage strain of all assembled GRC wallboards increases first,then decreases and then becomes stable.The shrinkage strain of the 2 000 mm assembled GRC-PC wall panel at the stable stage of the response curve is 390×10-6,which is 68.7%lower than that of the assembled GRC wall panel and 56.8%higher than that of the 1 000 mm assembled GRC-PC wall panel.The shrinkage stress of GRC-PC plate is 19.1%higher than that of GRC plate.The shrinkage stress of GRC-PC steel wire mesh is increased by 72.8%compared with that of GRC plate.The shrinkage stress of 2 000 mm GRC-PC plate is 122.4%higher than that of GRC plate.The addition of fiber or steel wire mesh will increase the shrinkage stress of the pre-fabricated structure GRC wallboard,reduce its shrinkage strain,and improve the shrinkage performance.
