高强高韧复合改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

文中通过SBS与石墨烯进行复合改性,外掺水泥和LDG高韧沥青改性剂制备沥青混合料,对高强高韧复合改性沥青混合料路用性能进行试验分析.研究表明,经过SBS/石墨烯复合改性后,沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗弯强度、残留稳定度以及冻融后残余劈裂强度有显著改善,与普通沥青混合料相比,分别提升7.31%、4.73%、4.01%和2.17%;掺杂水泥和LDG高韧沥青改性剂后,进一步提高1.37%、5.18%、5.84%和5.39%,这表明通过SBS/石墨烯复合改性,添加外加剂能明显改善沥青混合料路用性能.
Study on Road Performance of High Strength and High Toughness Composite Modified Asphalt Mixture
In this paper,asphalt mixture was prepared by SBS/graphene composite modification and mixed with cement and LDG high-tough-ness asphalt modifier.The road performance of high-strength and high-toughness composite modified asphalt mixture was tested and analyzed.The results showed that the SBS/graphene composite modified asphalt mixture significantly improved the high temperature stability,low tem-perature bending strength,residual stability and residual splitting strength after freezing-thawing,which increased by 7.31%,4.73%,4.01%and 2.17%,respectively,compared with the ordinary asphalt mixture.The addition of cement and LDG high toughness asphalt modifier fur-ther increased by 1.37%,5.18%,5.84%and 5.39%,indicating that the road performance of asphalt mixture can be significantly improved by SBS/graphene composite modification.
