Influence of Mineral Admixtures on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Fluid-solidified Soil
This article investigates the influence of mineral admixtures on the physical and mechanical properties of convection-solidified soil. The results show that with the increase of cement content, the strength of fluid solidified soil increases obviously at each age. This is because when cement is used as curing agent,it determines the number and formation rate of hydration products of solidified soil. The incorporation of appropriate amount of mineral powder makes the hydration process of the solidified soil produce more silicon-aluminum cementation products, and the fly ash can fill the pores of the soil, reduce the porosity, connect the particles more closely, which improve the integrity of the solidi-fied soil.
