建筑外墙涂层的耐高温性能试验研究

摘要
为研究建筑外墙涂层的耐高温性能,文中对不同类型墙体涂层的耐高温腐蚀性能、高温老化性能、高温硬度以及隔热性能进行试验分析.结果表明,随着时间的增加,涂层试件的腐蚀质量呈现出不断增加的变化规律,涂层试件的背板温度表现为不断增加的变化规律;随着温度的增加,三种外墙涂层的硬度均表现为不断降低的变化规律.涂层具有良好的耐高温腐蚀性能、耐高温性能以及隔热性能.
Abstract
In order to analyze the high temperature resistance of exterior wall coatings,the high temperature corrosion resistance,high tempera-ture aging performance,high temperature hardness and heat insulation performance of different types of wall coatings were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of time,the corrosion quality of coated specimens shows an increasing change rule,and the backplane temperature of coated specimens shows an increasing change rule.With the increase of temperature,the hardness of the three kinds of exterior wall coatings showed a decreasing trend.The coating has good high temperature corrosion resistance,high temperature resistance and heat in-sulation performance.
