废胶粉的预脱硫处理工艺及其改性沥青的性能研究

我国厨余油产生量大、分布广,存在严重的环境风险且对人体健康造成危害.将其作为橡胶粉脱硫剂,参与沥青改性,可提高其二次利用率.文中对废胶粉的预脱硫处理工艺进行了研究,采用多因素控制变量法分析了不同预处理时间和食用油用量对脱硫效率的影响,确定了最优预脱硫工艺.采用最佳脱硫胶粉制备改性沥青,通过对改性沥青的粘度、延伸度、软化点等进行表征,确定改性沥青的性能.结果表明,在预处理时间为1h、脱硫剂用量为40%的条件下,可获得最佳脱硫工艺,且该产品作为改性剂制备的沥青具备比基质沥青更出色的温度敏感性、可加工性等性能.
Study on Pre-desulfurization Process of Waste Rubber Powder and Properties of Modified Asphalt
The production of kitchen waste oil in China is large-scale and widely distributed,and there are serious environmental risks and health hazards.The secondary utilization rate can be improved by using it as rubber powder desulfurizer and participating in asphalt modifica-tion.Firstly,the pre-desulfurization process of waste rubber powder was studied,and the influence of different pretreatment time and edible oil consumption on desulfurization efficiency was analyzed by multi-factor control variable method,and the optimal pre-desulfurization process was determined.Modified asphalt was prepared with the best desulfurization rubber powder.The properties of modified asphalt were determined by characterizing the viscosity,elongation and softening point of modified asphalt.The results show that the optimum desulfurization process can be obtained when the pretreatment time is 1 h and the amount of desulfurizer is 40%.The asphalt prepared by using the product as modifier has better temperature sensitivity and machinability than the base asphalt.
