大掺量RAP再生沥青混合料设计及路用性能研究

摘要
文中通过室内试验,分析了不同RAP掺量下再生沥青混合料的配合比设计关键参数和关键路用性能的变化规律.结果表明,随着RAP掺量的增大,沥青混合料最佳油石比些许增加,空隙率和矿料间隙率逐渐增加,马歇尔稳定度逐渐增大;随着RAP掺量的增加,混合料的动稳定度逐渐增大,而低温破坏应变不断减小,劈裂抗拉强度比逐渐降低,疲劳荷载逐渐增大,疲劳寿命逐渐减小;研究成果表明了大掺量RAP再生沥青混合料的可行性.
Abstract
This study using indoor testing,analyzed the different RAP content,recycled asphalt mixture ratio design key parameters and key road performance change rule,the analysis results show that,with the increase of RAP content,the best asphalt mixture oil/gravel ratio has a slight increase in the void rate and the gap rate of the mineral;as the RAP content is increased,the best oil/gravel ratio in the asphalt mix gradually increases,as do the void rate and mineral gap rate.The results show that with the increase of RAP content,the optimal oil-rock ratio of asphalt mixture has slightly increased,the void ratio and mineral gap ratio gradually increased,and the Marshall stability gradually in-creased;with the increase of RAP content,the dynamic stability of the mixture gradually increased,while the low-temperature destructive strain is decreasing,the ratio of splitting tensile strength is gradually decreasing,the fatigue load is gradually increasing.
