钻孔灌注桩承载力及完整性检测成果分析

为全面评价钻孔灌注桩的成桩质量,文中通过静载试验、低应变反射波法和钻芯法开展桩基承载力及完整性检测,并通过变形分析进一步佐证分析结果的准确性.结果表明,钻孔灌注桩承载力较好,基本满足设计要求,仅 376#桩的成桩质量较差,需现场进行补强处理;同时,低应变和钻芯法的结果具有较好的一致性,能相互佐证各自分析结果的准确性;最后,通过桩基现场变形监测成果分析可知,10 根桩的沉降变形控制相对较优,为类似工程积累了宝贵经验.
Analysis of Bearing Capacity and Integrity Testing Results of Drilled Cast-in-place Piles
To effectively and comprehensively evaluate the pile quality of drilled cast-in-place piles,this article conducts pile bearing capacity and integrity testing through static load tests,low strain reflection wave methods,and drilling core methods,and further verifies the accuracy of the analysis results through deformation analysis.The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the drilled cast-in-place pile is good and can basically meet the design requirements.Only the quality of the 376#pile is poor and requires on-site reinforcement treatment;Mean-while,the results of low strain and core drilling methods have good consistency,which can mutually confirm the accuracy of their respective a-nalysis results;Finally,based on the analysis of the on-site deformation monitoring results of the pile foundation,it was found that the settle-ment deformation control of 10 piles was relatively better,accumulating experience for similar projects.
