摘要

超声波无损检测适用于各类金属与非金属材料的焊缝检测,是一种广泛使用的非破坏性检测方法,但同时焊缝无损检测存在模糊不确定的特点.鉴于此,文中基于模糊理论,建立多因素模糊焊缝缺陷评判模型,并以某景观工程焊缝检测项目为例,模糊综合判别结果与实际判别结果相符,验证了模型的可行性.该研究成果对钢结构焊缝损伤检测工作具有显著的指导意义.

Abstract

Ultrasonic non-destructive testing is suitable for welding seam detection of various metal and non-metal materials,and is a widely used non-destructive testing method.At the same time,welding seam non-destructive testing has the characteristic of fuzzy uncertainty.In view of this,this article establishes a weld defect evaluation model based on fuzzy theory.Taking the welding seam detection project of a certain landscape engineering as an example,the feasibility of the model was verified by using fuzzy comprehensive discrimination results that match the actual discrimination results.The research results of this article have significant guiding significance for the detection of weld damage in steel structures.
