Study on Quality Control Method of Manufactured Sand Concrete Production Process
The effects of different stone powder content and methylene blue value on the admixture content and workability of concrete were ana-lyzed by contrast test of mortar spreading degree method and trial concrete performance.The results show that the amount of admixture in mor-tar expansion test is consistent with the amount in concrete,and that when the loss difference of powder content in mortar expansion test is grea-ter than 33 mm,and that of methylene blue is greater than 43 mm,the workability of concrete begins to deteriorate in the same time.Mortar extensibility method is a simple and quick innovation method for quality control of concrete production process.
