高层建筑剪力墙连梁设计探讨

连梁是连接墙肢的重要构件,不合理的设计会影响到建筑结构的抗震性和经济性.在较大的水平风荷载或水平地震力作用下的连梁会出现抗剪不足的超筋问题.文中通过分析连梁的受力和变形原理,针对连梁超筋问题提出了相应的处理方法,并结合工程实例,探究连梁超筋问题的处理方法,以期为类似工程提供参考.
Discussion on the Design of Shear Wall Connecting Beams in High-rise Buildings
The connecting beam is an important component of connecting the wall limbs.Unreasonable design will affect the earthquake resist-ance and economy of the building structure.Under the action of large horizontal wind load or horizontal seismic force,the beam will have the problem of insufficient shear strength.By analyzing the principle of force and deformation of connected beams,the paper puts forward the cor-responding treatment methods for the problem of over-reinforcement of connected beams,and finally explores the treatment methods for the problem of over-reinforcement of connected beams with engineering examples,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
