Optimal Design and Analysis of Horizontal Force Transfer Component of Post-cast Belt
In order to improve the applicability of the post-cast belt technology, the paper tested the performance of concrete at different ages, and used ABAQUS software to simulate and analyze the horizontal force transfer members of the post-cast belt with different steel sections(H,square and round).By comparing with the measured data of the structure deformation in the field, the difference of the performance of the force transfer members with different section shapes in practical application is analyzed. The results show that the displacement reduction coefficient of the square-shaped member is 0.50%,which is 20%and 12%lower than that of H-shaped member and square-shaped member respective-ly.Compared with the field measured data,it is found that the simulated values are all higher than the measured values, and the difference be-tween the simulated values and the measured values is 2%~7%in the case of no supporting components, which proves that the model is relia-ble.
