关于城市道路分隔柱设置的研究

摘要
为确保行人和机动车有序通行,道路设计时增设相关隔离设施,分隔柱的设置能有效地疏导行人和机动车交通流向,但由于分隔柱未设置强制性条款,导致各地具体安装分隔柱时随意性较大,部分设置影响行人出行,甚至造成交通事故.文中基于当前城市行人交通现状和城市道路交通设施总体设计,确保分隔柱设置符合安全、有序、畅通及环境友好的要求.
Abstract
In order to ensure the orderly passage of pedestrians and motor vehicles,relevant isolation facilities are added in road design.The setting of separation columns can effectively guide the flow of pedestrian and motor vehicle traffic.However,due to the lack of mandatory provi-sions in the installation of separation columns,there is a greater degree of randomness in the specific installation of separation columns in vari-ous regions,and some settings may affect pedestrian travel and even cause traffic accidents.Based on the current situation of urban pedestrian traffic and the overall design of urban road traffic facilities,this article ensures that the setting of separation columns should meet the overall goal requirements of safety,order,smoothness,and environmental friendliness.
